If Covid has taught us anything, it's that we don't need all the things we thought we needed! That includes a gym membership. You can get a great workout right from your own home! And you don't even need any equipment. All you need is a phone/tablet/computer, your body, and your goals! Let Resh show you how.
RESH LOVES HER JOB.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Resh started her personal training career in 2007 after leaving the New York fashion industry. Realizing that this was her calling, she went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and started her business. Then, she married a Foreign Service Officer and honed her skills globally. She has helped people on the East Coast, West Coast, and all over the world. She is excited to help you achieve your best in your health and fitness endeavors, no matter where you live or what your goals are!

I trained with Resh for over a year-- she is truly amazing!! I credit her for getting me back into working out regularly after years of sporadic exercise. I have young kids so finding the time to work out was a challenge but she made it easy to work in twice weekly sessions.
Resh listened to my goals and helped me work towards them. She worked with me on strength, flexibility and balance. She also helped set overall wellness goals (whether a small diet change, finding ways to drink more water, or getting a good night sleep) & always followed up on my progress.
